USA - US Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito said the COVID-19 pandemic had led to "previously unimaginable" curbs on individual liberty, singling out restrictions on religious events. The justice, who is seen as a conservative, told a meeting of the Federalist Society late on Thursday he was not underplaying the severity of the crisis or criticizing any officials for their response. But he added: "We have never before seen restrictions as severe, extensive and prolonged as those experienced for most of 2020."

USA - President Trump just received a big victory from a judge in Pennsylvania. The ruling will throw out THOUSANDS of votes that came into the PA voting precincts with no voter identification. This does not take into account the even BIGGER case he will ultimately present to the Supreme Court, over the illegal voting rule changes in PA, but this ruling will certainly help his case against the state of Pennsylvania in the Supreme Court. Believe it or not, you would think such news would be FRONT PAGE as it is the FIRST of MANY anticipated favorable rulings Trump will receive on voter fraud and voter irregularities he claims stole the election from him in the hours and days following 8pm on November 3. Maybe I am on top of this so much that I am catching news as soon as it is released, but I had a very difficult time finding ANY video coverage of this important ruling on the news feeds, showing once again the absolute media bias against presenting anything positive for our President, Donald Trump.

USA - Chairman of the US Federal Election Commission Trey Trainor believes voter fraud is taking place in states still counting ballots and that the 2020 US Presidential Elections is illegitimate. During a Friday appearance on Newsmax TV’s “National Report,” Trainor said locations not granting observers access to watch the ballot counting process COULD be involved in voter fraud. “I do believe that there is voter fraud taking place in these places,” he said. “Otherwise they would allow the observers to go in.”

USA - The November 3rd election was the “most secure in American history” and “there is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised,” according to a statement from the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). The statement follows numerous claims of supposed election fraud by President Donald Trump and his allies. “While we know there are many unfounded claims and opportunities for misinformation about the process of our elections, we can assure you we have the utmost confidence in the security and integrity of our elections, and you should too,” the statement continues.

USA - “Trumpism without Trump” is what America needs in four years, said conservative author Ann Coulter during a lecture at the University of Texas at Austin on Thursday night hosted by the university’s Young Conservatives of Texas. In a wide-ranging speech that reached far beyond the event’s proposed topic of immigration, the political commentator explained to a socially-distanced crowd of 97 people why she believes the 2020 US presidential election has produced “the best of all possible outcomes” for conservatives. “The reason I’m very happy that [President] Trump lost – and lost narrowly – is that a second term of Trump would have killed us,” Coulter said. “What we want, and what I think we can get in four years, is Trumpism without Trump,” she said. Coulter defined “Trumpism” as America taking care of its own people first.

USA - Acting US Defense Secretary Christopher Miller is apparently preparing to withdraw troops from Afghanistan, saying the conflict "isn't over," but adding that "all wars must end." “This is the critical phase in which we transition our efforts from a leadership to supporting role,” Miller said on Friday in a letter to all Department of Defense employees. “We are not a people of perpetual war. It is the antithesis of everything for which we stand and for which our ancestors fought. All wars must end.” Trump is challenging the election results in court, based on allegations of fraud by voters and election officials, but he also appears to be acting with increased urgency to fulfill his 2016 campaign promise of ending the war in Afghanistan, which has now dragged on for 19 years – making it the longest in the history of the US.

On matters of defense, restoring America’s “soul” apparently means placing weapons manufacturers back in charge of the Pentagon. Biden announced his Department of Defense landing team on Tuesday. Of these 23 policy experts, one third have taken funding from arms manufacturers, according to a report published this week by Antiwar.com.

In the latest sign of defiance, the president’s senior cabinet secretary fueled concerns on Tuesday that Mr. Trump would resist handing over power to President-elect Joseph R Biden Jr after legal challenges to the vote. “There will be a smooth transition to a second Trump administration,” Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said.

USA - The Senate is calling on the State Department to certify that a pending sale of F-35 stealth fighter jets to the UAE does not pose security threats to Israel or weaken American military systems in the face of Russian and Chinese threats. The Senate Appropriations Committee included the certification requirement as part of a fiscal 2021 spending bill for the State Department and foreign operations released Tuesday. Representative Eliot Engel (Democrat for New York), the outgoing chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, introduced legislation last month that would restrict the sale of advanced weapons systems to countries in the Middle East other than Israel unless they meet certain benchmarks, such as normalized relations with Israel; that weapons are modified to be identified and tracked by Israel; that the recipient country will protect the weapons from theft or "diversion of sensitive defense technology" to any other country; and that the recipient country will consult with the US over their use.

ISRAEL - The Israel Navy is gearing up to receive its next generation of missile ships, the Sa’ar 6-class corvette, which for the coming decades will defend the country’s strategic maritime assets from enemies such as Hezbollah. On Wednesday, the Israel Navy formally received the INS Magen, hoisting the Israeli flag on the ship during a ceremony held at the Thyssenkrupp Marine Systems shipyard in Kiel, Germany, and attended by Navy commander Vice Admiral Eli Sharvit and other senior officials. The INS Magen along with the other new vessels, Sharvit said at the ceremony, “are excellent, precise, optimal and versatile ships” that will protect Israel’s strategic assets in its economic waters. They “are armed with the best defensive and offensive combat systems that are at the forefront of world military technology,” Sharvit added.

ETHIOPIA - Israeli Minister of Foreign Affairs Gabi Ashkenazi has ordered the deployment of a task force of Israeli locust fighters and experts to support Ethiopian efforts in fighting the worst outbreak of locust swarms in 25 years. Israel's top locust expert, Yoav Mortro, heads the task force, which will operate in Ethiopia for two weeks to train Ethiopian locust fighters. The task force is bringing more than 2 tons of equipment and advanced appliances that will be handed over to the Ethiopian authorities at the conclusion of the operation.
