The stark US-German differences on China

CHINA - Both countries recognize China has changed and that a new approach toward Beijing is required, of course, but the differences between their approaches were recently underscored by the talks their leaders had with Chinese President Xi Jinping. Chancellor Olaf Scholz flew halfway across the world, with a retinue of leading German business leaders in tow, for an 11-hour visit on Xi’s home turf. He wasn’t the first Western leader to land in Beijing since the onset of COVID-19, but he was the first to meet with the Chinese president since his total consolidation of power at the Communist Party’s Congress.

WEF's Klaus Schwab: "Need To Restructure The World"

INDONESIA - WEF's Klaus Schwab gives speech to G20 on the "Need To Restructure The World". Klaus Schwab and the World Economic Forum find themselves waiting around for the next global crisis event after the covid pandemic turned out to be much less threatening to the public than they had originally hoped. In the meantime, Schwab continues to pontificate on the virtues of the "Great Reset" and the usefulness of crisis as a means to accomplish a "restructuring" of the current world order.

Zelensky: Insists missile that hit Poland WAS Russian

UKRAINE - Zelensky insists missile that hit Poland WAS Russian despite NATO, US and even Polish president saying it was a Ukrainian air-defence misfire – but all agree Putin to blame for nearly sparking WW3. The Ukrainian president was quoted by Interfax Ukraine news agency as saying on Wednesday he had no doubt that an explosion that killed two people in Poland was not caused by a Ukrainian missile. 'I have no doubt that it was not our missile,' he said, adding that he believed Tuesday's explosion was caused by a Russian missile, and that he had based his conclusions on reports from Ukraine's military which he 'cannot but trust'.

Is NATO hiding the truth behind Poland missile strike?

UKRAINE - Doubts have today been raised over whether a missile which hit Poland earlier this week really was a Ukrainian rocket gone haywire, with US and European officials calling for further investigation as President Zelensky continues to insist it was a Russian weapon. Polish President Andrzej Duda and NATO leaders yesterday played down suspicions that Moscow was behind the S-300 missile which hit the town of Przewodow on Tuesday, killing two, insisting it was 'highly probable' that it had come from Kyiv's forces – meaning the allies will not respond militarily, which could have sparked WW3.

US midterms: Republicans win back the House

USA - Republicans have secured the 218 seats needed for a majority in the lower chamber of Congress a week after the midterm elections, the BBC's US partner CBS News projects. While the party's margin in the House of Representatives is razor-thin, it is enough to stall President Joe Biden's agenda for the next two years. Kevin McCarthy, the Republicans' leader in the House, celebrated the result. But Democrats will retain control of the upper chamber, the Senate. The new Congress will convene in January.

Bidenflation Strikes Again!

USA - S&P 500 worst performance in real terms since 1872 (Worst since President Ulysses Grant!) Between Biden’s green energy mandates and the spendathon by the Pelosi/Schumer led Keynesians in Congress (or Kongress), we saw a 40-year high in inflation. But with roaring Bidenflation, we have the S&P 500 index experiencing, in real terms, the worst performance since 1872.

CANADA - Vancity, a Vancouver-based credit union is launching a program that will allow its Visa credit card holders to track the estimated carbon emissions of their purchases. The data offered will also track how their spending-linked emissions compare nationally and which purchases have the highest environmental cost.

Here Come "Programmable Dollars"

USA - Never let a crisis go to waste. Or a market crash for that matter. With equity and bond markets stuck in brutal bear markets and providing a sufficient distraction to what is happening behind the scenes, the Fed and a group of banks have been quietly preparing for the next stage in the "organized crash" pipeline: the rollout of CBSC. According to a statement by the New York Fed, global banking giants are starting a 12-week digital dollar pilot with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the participants announced on Tuesday.

Xi roasts Canada's Trudeau at G20

INDONESIA - Chinese President Xi Jinping has publicly dressed down Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau for allegedly leaking the content of their meeting to the media. Canadian reporters captured the exchange on video during the G20 summit in Bali, Indonesia on Wednesday. Barely a minute long, the exchange opens with Xi, speaking through a translator, telling Trudeau that “everything we discussed has been leaked to the papers.” “That is not appropriate. And that’s not the way the conversation was conducted,” Xi added. “If there was sincerity on your part…”

NATO aircraft tracked missile that hit Poland - CNN

POLAND - Radar data with the projectile’s trajectory has been handed to the US-led bloc and to Warsaw, a defense official told the outlet. A NATO plane has been able to trace a missile that fell on Polish territory, causing a deadly blast in a village close to the Ukrainian border, an unnamed official from the military alliance told CNN on Tuesday, without assigning blame. According to the official, “intel with the radar tracks [of the missile] was provided to NATO and Poland.” However, the source did not provide details on where the projectile may have been launched from, or by whom.

Berlin to Redo Their Fraudulent Elections

GERMANY - Elections in the German capital of Berlin were so fraudulent they will have to be repeated, the Berlin State Supreme Court ruled today. YouTube had threatened to censor any claims of election irregularities and now looks a lot like Fake News. “The elections to the Berlin House of Representatives and the district assemblies are declared invalid in the entire electoral area,” the President of the Berlin Constitutional Court, Ludgera Selting (58), ruled today. The reason is the massive irregularites in the 2021 election. New elections will be held in Spring of 2023.

The world holds its breath

EUROPE - World leaders are today scrambling to clarify what happened after a missile hit NATO-member Poland and killed two people, sparking fears the alliance could be drawn into the Ukraine war and a direct confrontation with Russia. Polish President Andrzej Duda said overnight that the missile which hit a grain processing facility in the eastern town of Przewodow late Tuesday appears to be 'Russian-made', though that leaves open the possibility it was fired by Ukrainian air defence which uses Soviet-era rockets. Poland's military has been placed on high alert.

What are NATO Articles 4 and 5

EUROPE - As world leaders scramble to find out the details surrounding last night's missile strike on NATO member Poland, there is further uncertainty about whether the Western alliance will trigger Article 4 and 5. The missile, which Polish authorities believe to be Russian-made, killed two people at a grain facility in Przewodow, a village in Poland located about 6km from the Ukrainian border. Questions remain over who is responsible for the missile strike, but Poland is likely to call for a NATO meeting this morning under the treaty's Article 4 to discuss the security threat.

'Make America great and glorious again'

USA - Donald Trump has officially announced he is running for president for the third time in 2024 in a speech attacking President Biden, the 'radical left' Democrats and their record on the economy and the world stage in the two years since he left office. The former president ignored Republican critics and those who blamed him for the GOP's disappointing midterms to go full steam on stating his intent to be back in the Oval Office to 'drain the swamp' with the country 'being destroyed before our very lives'.

You can't run Britain with a Civil Service hell-bent on blocking policies

UK - There is no doubt that ministers, being elected, should bear ultimate responsibility when their policies founder. But that assumes they run departments that are actually prepared to do their work. And the fact is that, frequently and increasingly, they do not. Instead, in recent months, various departments have shown a dangerous and growing readiness to leak unfavourable allegations about one minister or another to the media, in a brazen attempt to torpedo the careers of any elected politician with whom they happen to disagree. This is not just an insult to us voters — who after all are the ones who are truly meant to ‘hire and fire’ governments whose policies we like or don’t like. It is a poison that sickens our very democracy.

Today we find the Church of God in a “wilderness of religious confusion!”

The confusion is not merely around the Church – within the religions of the world outside – but WITHIN the very heart of The True Church itself!

Listen to Me, You who know righteousness, You people in whose heart is My Law: …I have put My words in your mouth, I have covered you with the shadow of My hand, That I may plant the heavens, Lay the foundations of the earth, and say to Zion, “you are My people” (Isaiah 51:7,16)
