CHINA - The Chinese military has deployed its 44th naval escort task force to the Middle East amid rising tensions in Israel. The 44th naval escort task force - from the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) Eastern Theatre - has been involved in routine operations in the region and spent several days in Oman last week. The Chinese warships left Muscat for an unspecified location on Saturday after participating in an exercise with the Omani navy. The task force includes the Zibo, a guided missile destroyer, the frigate Jingzhou, and the supply ship Qiandaohu - all of which will be stationed in the Middle East as Israel prepares for a ground invasion of Gaza.

EGYPT - The situation at the border is 'really volatile' with Israel air strikes nearby and Egyptian authorities reluctant to open the border. The Rafah border crossing between southern Gaza and Egypt is viewed by thousands of Palestinians fleeing the Hamas-Israel war as a precious "gateway to the rest of the world". And for humanitarian groups piled up at the border, it’s the sole access route to reach desperate Palestinians as it’s the only border that’s not directly controlled by Israel. The main crossings through Israel are either closed or have been damaged by Hamas. Over the years, the crossing has remained tightly closed, only opening sporadically for humanitarian reasons, such as medical evacuations or for foreign passport-holders. Egypt has also built a stone and cement wall along the border to prevent any breaches by Gazans. Since the crisis started, Egypt has had security concerns over opening the border. However, Egypt said it won’t allow its territory to be flooded with refugees...

GERMANY - A combination of mass migration and economic woes is likely to crack the firewall around AfD, with wide-reaching consequences not only for Germany, but for Europe. Germany’s political landscape is swinging decisively to the right, causing alarm and consternation within its liberal establishment. Recent state elections in Hesse and Bavaria saw a powerful performance of the right-wing party Alternative for Germany (AfD). AfD will now be the strongest opposition party in these regional parliaments. The elections also confirmed the left-liberal government's catastrophic decline in voter support. All three parties of the so-called “traffic light” coalition — the Social Democrats of Chancellor Olaf Scholz, the Greens, and the Liberal party — suffered painful defeats. With Scholz less than two years in office, 80 percent of Germans are deeply disaffected by his government’s performance.

We keep catching Middle Easterners sneaking across the secure southern border. Axios reports top officials say this has been the “heaviest, most chilling week since Biden took office.”

GERMANY - Germany is the European country that has been most engaged in the process of mass migration that plagues the continent since 2015. The former German leader Angela Merkel, the Godmother of these frankly suicidal policies, has left current chancellor Olaf Scholz leading a highly unpopular government, having to deal with the population’s deep dissatisfaction with the present state of German society. In an attempt to remedy the situation – at least partially – Germany has notified the European Union’s executive branch that it will be enacting temporary border controls at its frontiers with Poland, the Czech Republic and Switzerland. This decision goes a step beyond a move taken last month to strengthen checks on its eastern border.

ISRAEL - The president of Israel yesterday condemned the BBC for its 'atrocious' refusal to brand Hamas as a terrorist group. Isaac Herzog dramatically piled pressure on the corporation in an exclusive interview with the Mail. The veteran statesman is the most senior critic yet of the BBC's dogged insistence on describing baby-killing gunmen as 'militants'. He said: 'I feel the BBC's reporting is atrocious. The fact that it does not recognise Hamas as a terror organisation requires a complete legal battle and public battle. It's unbelievable. What other type of torture do they want before they decide it was a terrorist organisation?' Mr Herzog complained his country was treated differently when it came to atrocities and this had 'always been the case'.

In fact, I specifically warned that it would be one of “the 3 wars of the apocalypse”. I didn’t expect the Great Middle East War to arrive quite so quickly, but here we are. Once thousands of missiles start flying back and forth, none of our lives will ever be the same again. We are literally watching an apocalyptic scenario play out right in front of our eyes, and it is all going to begin once Israeli forces move into Gaza. That could happen very soon, because Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant just told Israeli troops that they will be seeing Gaza “from the inside” very shortly…

UK - Electric cars risk becoming effectively uninsurable as analysts struggle to put a price on battery repairs, the researcher for the car insurance industry has said. Jonathan Hewett, chief executive of Thatcham Research, the motor insurers’ automotive research centre, said a lack of “insight and understanding” about the cost of repairing damaged electric car batteries was pushing up premiums and resulting in some providers declining to provide cover altogether.

This is achieved through the abolition of private property and family, hostility toward religion, and a general push for commonality or “sameness,” which is mischaracterized as “equality.”

GERMANY - Companies like SpaceX, with its huge fleet of satellites and rockets, represent dangerous competition for established space-faring countries. Germany is hoping its construction of a new spaceport, expected to launch its first rockets in April, can better its position. Germany's new facility will not be land-based, like the Cape Canaveral space station in the United States or Baikonur in Kazakhstan. Instead, the spaceport will launch from a platform in the North Sea. To start, Dutch company T-Minus will launch a rocket from the German-Offshore Spaceport Alliance (GOSA) mobile platform. The launch pad will be built some 350 kilometers from the coast in the remotest corner of Germany's Exclusive Economic Zone. The Federation of German Industries (BDI) announced the location at a space congress in Berlin. Each launch will be supervised by a control ship and a new multifunctional Mission Control Center in Bremen, Germany. The ship's home port will be located in Bremerhaven, a port city located next to Bremen.

SAUDI ARABIA - Thousands of US Army troops land at Prince Sultan Air Base, Saudi Arabia. It is rumored that these 10,000 troops will be deployed to conflict areas to maintain security and stability in the Middle East region. We’re moving our military out to foreign countries while our own homeland is being invaded…. what can possibly go wrong?

ISRAEL - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Thursday the Hamas attack on Israel was aimed at preventing the expansion of peace in the Middle East, and called on British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak to keep supporting Israel's Gaza counteroffensive. Sunak is the latest Western leader to visit Jerusalem to show support for Israel and to try to negotiate a way to secure the release of hostages taken by Hamas and ease the provision of humanitarian aid to people in Gaza. The British leader then flew to Saudi Arabia to meet Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who stressed to Sunak that the kingdom considered targeting civilians in Gaza "a heinous crime," the Saudi state news agency reported.

USA - On today’s episode of The JD Rucker Show, I said that as of 5am this morning I was 85% sure the “bombing” of a hospital in Gaza City was from Palestinian Islamic Jihad, the “junior” terrorist group in Gaza. By mid-afternoon today, I’m at 99%; one can never be 100% sure of things like this in a world where pretty much anything can be faked. At 99%, I’d say it’s pretty certain. Conservative commentator Benny Johnson laid out some condemnation for corporate media that echoed the initial false report as if it was gospel… Hamas said Israel bombed a hospital and killed 500 people. We now have found out that:

• Israel didn’t do it, it was a misfire by a terror group.
• The hospital wasn’t bombed, it was a parking lot.
• There is no evidence that 500 died beyond what Hamas said.

IRAN - All of the signs are telling us that a war between Israel and Hezbollah is imminent. And once it begins, the US and Iran will inevitably get sucked into the conflict as well. We are literally talking about an apocalyptic scenario, and that is going to have enormous implications for all of us. Hezbollah has an arsenal of 130,000 missiles that it can launch at Israeli cities, Iran possesses even greater firepower than Hezbollah does, and the Israelis have quite a few surprises up their sleeves. I will just leave it at that for now. As this war evolves, the entire world will be shocked by the death and destruction that we witness. Unfortunately, there is no turning back now.

USA - As I was walking to my office to write this article, I quietly uttered the phrase “the world is completely going mad” to myself. Just about every form of evil that you can possibly imagine is exploding all around us, and now “war fever” is sweeping across the entire globe. Unfortunately, the people that want war are going to get exactly what they have been clamoring for, and the consequences are going to be extremely bitter.
